1. General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked, cancellation timing, and third-party service provider policies (airlines, hotels, embassies, tour operators).

2. Cancellation by Customer

A. Flight Bookings

• Refunds are subject to airline fare rules.
• Promotional fares may be non-refundable.
• Airline penalties and service charges will apply.
• Processing time: 15–45 working days.

B. Hotel Reservations

• Free cancellation only if stated at booking.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full charges.
• Refund processed after hotel approval.

C. Tour Packages

• 30+ days: 10% cancellation fee
• 15–29 days: 30% cancellation fee
• 7–14 days: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 7 days: No refund

D. Visa Services

• Visa and service fees are non-refundable once submitted.
• Visa rejection does not qualify for refund.

3. Cancellation by Company

In rare cases of operational issues, government restrictions, or force majeure events, customers may receive:

• Full refund (subject to supplier policy), OR
• Alternative date/package of equal value.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds processed to original payment method.
• Timeline: 7–30 working days.
• Bank and transaction charges are non-refundable.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear without prior cancellation will be treated as no-show. No refund will be provided.

6. Amendments & Changes

Changes may incur amendment fees plus price difference as per supplier policy.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or airline disruptions.
